Launa is a healing coach, spiritual mentor, vision consultant and concierge with over twenty years of experience facilitating body-based energy work in one-on-one and group settings, and twenty-five plus years working in and with service-focused companies and organizations. 

Launa’s passion for social change and racial equity has led her to serve leaders who also have a deep desire to shift the paradigms of our current reality.  One of her specialties is creating highly-individualized coaching and healing programs of radical self-care and intensive inner work designed to support organization executives, entrepreneurs, spiritual leaders, healers, coaches and other change-makers release blocks they are experiencing on mental, emotional and/or physical levels so that they can lead from a place of greater freedom within themselves.  With body alchemy as a foundation, she also coaches those leaders and their teams in a holistic process of creating energetic integrity and spiritual health within their organizations and collectives – work she calls organizational alchemy. 

Launa received her MS in Social Work from Columbia School of Social Work (CSSW) in New York City, where she also served on faculty, and now works in the role of Academic & Field Advisor for students enrolled in CSSW’s Online Campus.  She spent over 10 years studying and practicing intensive spiritual and energy healing training as apprentice to healer, Sara Rubin, founder of The Phoenix and the Rose: A Center for Healing in Katonah, NY.  Launa’s formal studies also include Foundations of the Life and Work of Rudolf Steiner at the Sunbridge Institute in Chestnut Ridge, NY and the Undoing Racism/Community Organizing Workshop created and led by the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond.
