WHAT IS A PERSONAL ALCHEMY MEDITATION?
A Personal Alchemy Meditation is an individualized meditation recording (approximately 15 minutes in length) created specifically for you. Your meditation will be delivered in a downloadable mp3 format for you to use as frequently as you wish.
WHY WOULD I WANT ONE?
In a word: Transformation. A Personal Alchemy Meditation has all the power of a more general meditation, in its ability to help you access your inner world, but because the content and theme comes directly from you and your current needs, it is extremely intimate. Common intentions for a Personal Alchemy Meditation include: supporting any healing journey you might be on, deepening your spiritual practice and alchemizing your future vision. However, it is essentially up to you what the focus will be.
HOW IS IT PERSONALIZED?
Once your payment is processed, I will reach out to you to schedule a brief Personalization Call (approximately 15-20 minutes) for us to connect in real time so that you can share a bit about where you’re at and what you need most. In preparation for that call, you will receive a link to a short form with a couple of questions for you to answer beforehand that will help focus our conversation.
